DILICIOUS is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the integrity of any identifiable information we collect about you.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline the the manner in which DILICIOUS collects, uses, stores and discloses information collected from individuals who use our web site.

Accountability

DILICIOUS confirms responsibility for maintaining and protecting any personal information under our control. DILICIOUS has appointed a Privacy Officer who is responsible to ensure that we comply with our privacy obligations in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Identifying Purposes

DILICIOUS collects and uses personal information for a few reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing service for orders placed (i.e. being able to contact you regarding your order)
  • Establishing your identification
  • Tracking orders placed
  • Establishing and maintaining client lists

We collect and use personal information strictly for processing and keeping track of orders.
Information will not be disclosed to any parties outside of DILICIOUS unless required by applicable law.

DILICIOUS requires consent before any order is placed. Orders cannot be placed without providing consent and no information is collected unless an order is placed.

For orders placed over the phone, we will draw the assumption that you have agreed to the terms noted on our order form.

Consent will be obtained from the person whose personal information is collected, used and disclosed, unless obtaining the consent would be inappropriate or not required by law.

DILICIOUS keeps the Personal Information we collect about you strictly confidential. Only authorized personnel have access to this Personal Information. This safeguarding could include physical measures such as locked filing cabinets, password-protected computers and security software.

Access to Personal Information

Access to Personal Information will be granted, where it is legally required to release the information and provided that the disclosure does not violate any applicable statutes or contracts, to the person to whom the information pertains where there is an appropriate written request. The existence, use and disclosure of the personal information will be granted within a reasonable period of time. Any inaccuracy or incompleteness of personal information will be amended as required.

Challenging Compliance

Complaints or inquiries about the collection, use, disclosure or retention of Personal Information and/or compliance with these principles should be directed to the Privacy Officer. The Privacy Officer will investigate complaints and ensure that appropriate measures are taken.
