How does your order process work?
Our order and delivery process is a fairly straight forward 5-step system.

STEP 1: Place your order online (or call/email us if you prefer)
STEP 2: Make your payment. Once we've received your order, we will send you an invoice for the amount due.
STEP 3: Send us any logos/photos/etc that you want present on your flyer, evite, etc.
STEP 4: Let us work our magic. Once completed we'll send you a proof to review.
STEP 5: Upon approval, we'll finalize your files and make them "print-ready" and forward them to you and/or your printer.


How long will it take for you to complete our order?
We typically aim to have orders completed within 72 hours (after all files have been sent to us), however this depends on what you ordered along with our current work load. Below is an average ETA you can expect for certain orders:

Business Cards: 24-48 hrs
Flyer: 24-48 hrs
Large Poster: 24-72 hrs
Mix CD Cover: 3-5 days
Ticket Design: 24 hrs
Website Banners: 24 hrs
Web eVite: 24-48 hrs
Website (for event): 2-5 days
Website (for company): 1-3 weeks

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ETA'S WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION. This means that if you need something within a certain timeframe, you must contact us to confirm that we can complete it within that time.

RUSH orders are accepted (i.e. same day delivery), however will incur additional charges.


Are you going to print these for us?
Sorry, but we're strictly a design company and therefore our services only cover the design aspect of a project. If you'd like for us to email the files to your printer directly, or if you need help finding a printer in your area, we'll be more than happy to assist you.


What type of cardstock do you recommend?
For flyers, we recommend using 92lb + Matte AQ Cardstock. We've found that a Matte AQ finish adds a unique touch which stands out more than standard cardstock. High Quality AQ Gloss also works well for certain designs.


When do I have to pay?
For security purposes, NEW CLIENTS must pay immediately after their order is placed. We will not start on any project without an initial deposit.

If your order total is under $100 then full payment is required beforehand.
If your order is over $100, a 50% deposit is accepted. The remaining 50% must be sent upon completion.

For EXISTING CLIENTS and those we have a prior relationship with, payment will not always be required beforehand, but instead after the order has been completed.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Money Order, PayPal, Interac Email Money Transfer, or cash drop-offs from local promoters and venues.
